We welcome expressions of interest from Senior Generative Artists working across creative and technical production for film, HETV, and commercial projects.
A future project may involve creating imagery for professional post-production, working from briefs and creative direction. We are interested in artists who understand how a shot works and can carry ideas through to a polished result.
- Demonstrable experience producing generative imagery for professional production contexts
- A working knowledge of current generative model pipelines: diffusion-based workflows, ControlNet, inpainting, and equivalent tooling
- An eye trained by traditional VFX, photography, or cinematography: you think in shots, not prompts
- Experience delivering to professional colour and resolution specifications
- The ability to take creative direction and iterate quickly without losing quality
- Background in traditional VFX compositing or CG
- Experience with Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional finishing tools
- Familiarity with virtual production workflows
This is a senior role. We expect you to work with significant autonomy and to bring creative judgment as well as technical execution. Wander• is an early-stage studio. Everyone here wears multiple hats and contributes beyond their job title.
Over time, all creative staff at Wander• are expected to develop fluency across both traditional and generative workflows. Curiosity and adaptability matter as much as current skillset.
