The role
We welcome expressions of interest from Production Coordinators for future project needs. A future project may call for hands-on coordination across scheduling, communication, and delivery logistics.
We are interested in people who can work with a small team, adapt as needs become clearer, and build useful processes as well as follow them.
You likely have
- Experience in a production coordination or junior production management role in VFX, post-production, film, or HETV
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication: you are the connective tissue between the creative team and the client
- Familiarity with production tracking tools and general project management practice
- A calm, methodical approach under deadline pressure
Nice to have
- Experience in a VFX or generative media production environment specifically
- Familiarity with ShotGrid/Flow, ftrack, or equivalent
- Experience supporting client-facing review and delivery processes
The environment
A future coordination role would work closely with the production team, with scope and responsibilities agreed around the project.
We are developing our production practices as the studio grows and value thoughtful input on tools, communication, and delivery.
